Thornegate Consulting (TC) believes that protecting your privacy is an important part of our job. We make every effort to protect the information that you provide us with, and only use it for the purposes for which it was collected. When you provide us with information, we presume that you do so voluntarily, so that we may process your requests.

TC has both technological security features (firewalls), and operational security features (employee training, physical protection of files) to protect your sensitive information from misuse. Users of this website are advised that information collected may be used internally by TC and any of its affiliated entities, but will not be shared with any third parties without your prior consent. We will never sell your personal information. Only authorized employees, who have agreed to maintain confidentiality, have access to the data that you provide to TC.

Third Parties

TC will not disclose personal information to third parties except under the following circumstances:
  • To comply with the law, via a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process
  • When explicitly requested by you
In addition, our website contains links to other third party websites that we feel may be useful to our visitors. However, once you enter another website, we cannot guarantee how those sites will use your personal information. Data Retention

TC retains the personal information we collect from the website for as long as the information is required in order to provide you with the services requested, or until you request that we delete the information from our system. Resumes are disposed of when they are no longer under our consideration, or when they are considered outdated by Human Resources.
